Management change at Primus Switzerland
(20.06.08) Martin Griffin to head "Sales and Marketing Division" at PRIMUS Solutions GmbH, Switzerland. As from 1st July 2008 Martin Griffin will take over from Hans Groff, who is vacating his position at PRIMUS, but will remain associated with the company as board member.
Martin Griffin’s last position was at Agile Software where he was Business Development Manager for Europe. Agile Software was acquired by ORACLE in 2007.
After his academic education, the experienced fifty-year-old started his professional carrier at Deloitte & Touche as a Management Consultant, before changing to ORACLE Software as Principal Sales Consultant. Further job engagements include InovaTech, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, as lecturer and examination expert and at Orell Füssli Wirtschaftsinformationen AG, Zürich. In 2005 Martin Griffin, who speaks three languages fluently, started at Agile Software AG, where he was responsible for Sales and Business Development.
Michael Binder, CEO at Primus said: "we are very happy to get an expert with comprehensive ORACLE knowledge". Martin Griffin will also take over the responsibility from Hans Groff as Account Manager for all PRIMUS customers.
